A understated, nice and cozy hotel. Rooms are great, clean and spacious. The roof-top pool is great. Great, welcoming staff and very friendly with a calming relaxing atmosphere. Well located near enough to the beach and Ocean drive without being in the centre. A recommended hotel for central Miami you can escape back. I don’t usually leave tips for the maintenance and room cleaning staff but I had to because they did a wonderful job each day. I would come back for sure. Great place for family and relaxing with a feel of escaping the business. They even add dress pass to F45 training which is across the street. Overall great.

If you stay here, make sure you understand which side of the hotel you are staying at. One side appears to be updated and likely in line with the pricing. The other side, which we ended up having our room in is very much in need of updating. While the room was spacious, it felt run down and the furnishings were definitely old and stained. The bathroom had a half glass wall for the shower which would have been fine except that it was not sufficient to keep water in the shower. This resulted in pooling of water which required multiple towels on the floor to keep things dry. Service was friendly, although we did not need much other than valet as there are no self parking options. Location was great with an easy walk to the beach! The breakfast at the attached restaurant was underwhelming and overpriced. You would be better served to eat elsewhere for the same price (or less) if you are looking for food that is more than just so so.

We had a premium king with a terrace which was fantastic especially with the rainy weather we had. We were able to still sit outside and stay dry and watch the storm pass. Hotel staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and the wine hour every day is a great bonus. We would stay again and hopefully have some sun next time to enjoy the roof to pool!

A understated, classy hotel. Rooms are great, clean and spacious. The roof-top pool is great although can get busy at times as fairly limited space. Great, welcoming staff. A calming relaxing atmosphere. Well located near enough to the beach and Ocean drive without being in the centre. A recommended hotel for central Miami you can escape back to.

Checked in with my family after a very long drive from Tampa to Miami on a Monday night, the hotel staff were welcoming and very flexible with all asks including late check outs, a baby crib and holding bags after check out. The hotel itself was clean, rooms were comfortable with great city views and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Valet parking at the hotel was the best choice for how many times we had to go around. Would definitely come back in the future 😊

Very nice hotel with two small pools (one on rooftop), complimentary coffee/tea (including cold brew) in the morning, complimentary wine happy hour, pink lemonade (very watery) in lobby. Some suites have private hot tubs Walls are paper thin, so very easy to hear neighboring rooms. Bring earplugs. In two-story suites, living room TV only gets over the air channels. No apps on the smart TV work. Upstairs TV gets full cable.

Pros: Location, amenities: pools, umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, free coffee and free wine happy hour Cons: major cleanliness issues. Had to change rooms even after multiple housekeeping requests to wipe the thick layer of dust on the huge shelves next to our face when sleeping and clean the toilet from the previous guest…. They ended up switching us to another room and even that one had cleanliness issues where we had to keep requesting housekeeping support. Never had an experience like this before.
